Tickets are available in four different categories:
| Seats for Category 1 tickets are generally located alongside the pitch. |
| Seats for Category 2 tickets are generally located adjacent to Category 1, in the corners |
| Seats for Category 3 tickets are generally located adjacent to Category 2 behind the goals or in the corners |
| Seats for Category 4 tickets are generally located behind the goals. |
Each stadium is configured differently, therefore the general rules should not be considered definitive in each circumstance.
Category 4 tickets are reserved exclusively for residents of the Republic of South Africa. Applications for Category 4 tickets by people living outside of South Africa will not be accepted.

Category 4 tickets are reserved exclusively for residents of the Republic of South Africa. Applications for Category 4 tickets by people living outside of South Africa will not be accepted.
Each household may apply for a maximum of 4 tickets per match and for up to a maximum of 7 matches. Each household may apply for a maximum of 4 TST Series for the team of your choice.
All tickets ordered for a given match must be for the same ticket category, but you can order different categories for different matches.
It is not possible to apply for tickets to more than one match on the same day.
